Overview
The Process Architect role involves leading the solution architecture for a non-profit organization's transition to a shared Oracle Fusion platform. The contractor will collaborate with teams across procurement, inventory, and finance to ensure a cohesive integration of systems and processes. This position emphasizes a holistic approach to architecture rather than focusing on individual systems, making it essential for candidates to understand the interconnectedness of business functions in a large-scale transformation.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture across procurement, inventory, and finance.
- Collaborate with integration teams to review functional and design proposals.
- Challenge proposed solutions to ensure coherence in end-to-end architecture.
- Ensure the integration of Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba, and in-house platforms work seamlessly.
- Oversee the three-way match process and associated business workflows.
- Support stock reconciliation and General Ledger integrations.
- Provide insights into Service-Oriented Architecture and middleware connections.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, and finance business processes.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and SAP Ariba is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Azure middleware and Service-Oriented Architecture.
- Ability to review and challenge integration and functional designs.
- Experience in managing large-scale system transformations.
