Overview
The Product Designer will take full ownership of the design aspects for a "Tech For Good" scale-up company that focuses on developing an AI engine benefiting the agricultural ecosystem. This role, which is fully remote and limited to UK-based applicants, requires a highly creative individual who will collaborate closely with the CEO to establish and evolve the company's design language, creating everything from logos to user interfaces, and ensure that product design aligns with the company’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the overall design language for the company.
- Create comprehensive design elements including logos, color palettes, and typography.
- Develop user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) designs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align design with company vision.
- Make quick design decisions based on user needs and company goals.
- Build visual and product language that resonates with target users.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, particularly in start-up environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work that includes UX/UI and branding.
- Expertise in design tools and software.
- Ability to create cohesive design systems and visual languages.
- Excellent creative instincts and ability to make rapid design decisions.
- Familiarity with AI and technology products is a plus.
