Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner to manage digital products for a maritime and commodities trading firm specializing in Freight, LNG, and Logistics. In this role, you will collaborate with internal traders and external providers to ensure the effective delivery of solutions that facilitate trading operations. Your focus will be on maintaining and enhancing product features, as well as ensuring that development aligns with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day product management of digital products used by the trading team.
- Collaborate closely with internal traders to gather and shape product requirements.
- Coordinate with external providers to ensure product effectiveness.
- Create and maintain the delivery roadmap for product enhancements.
- Write user stories and oversee the refinement process with the engineering team.
- Lead prioritization discussions to address product features and enhancements.
- Monitor product metrics and performance to inform ongoing development.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner in a digital product environment.
- Familiarity with Physical Trading, Freight, LNG, and Logistics.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing product delivery roadmaps and backlog refinement.
- Proficiency in tracking and reviewing product performance metrics.
