Overview
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to spearhead KYC (Know Your Customer), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulatory change initiatives within a global banking context. The role entails leading cross-functional teams across Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Risk to ensure successful project delivery and regulatory adherence. The Program Manager will also focus on business transformation efforts to enhance client onboarding and lifecycle management processes, ensuring all programs align with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of KYC, CDD, and client onboarding transformation programs across multiple business areas.
- Manage cross-functional teams delivering workflow, onboarding, and compliance-related technology solutions.
- Coordinate regulatory change initiatives to ensure compliance with AML, FATCA, and other financial crime regulations.
- Drive business process redesign and operational improvements across customer lifecycle management functions.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery governance across various workstreams.
- Manage project reporting, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Risk teams to ensure alignment.
- Oversee requirements gathering, UAT coordination, release planning, and implementation activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing KYC, AML, or CDD regulatory change programs within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of client onboarding processes and financial crime compliance.
- Experience managing development teams and coordinating technology delivery in Agile environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology.
- Strong project governance, planning, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience in delivering business transformation initiatives in complex environments.
- Familiarity with onboarding platforms like Fenergo or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
