Overview
The Programme Manager will play a pivotal role in transforming the technology landscape of a healthtech organisation by leading a significant platform consolidation and systems migration. This position involves collaborating closely with the CTO and Director of Strategy to translate their vision for AI and technology into actionable programmes, ultimately enhancing the organisation's operational efficiency and data connectivity.

Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering complex technology transformations, particularly system migrations and platform consolidations.
- Strong background in AI, automation, and digital transformation within a healthtech context.
- Experience collaborating with C-suite executives, specifically in technology strategy.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project outcomes.
- Familiarity with service design principles and enhancing customer experience.
