Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a finance-driven technology transformation project on a contract basis for an initial period of six months. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating diverse stakeholders across Technology, Finance, and third-party vendors, while maintaining project momentum against critical deadlines. This role requires strong governance and stakeholder communication skills to effectively convert technical and regulatory considerations into actionable project plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of the E-Invoicing project to meet statutory invoicing requirements.
  • Coordinate workstreams across Technology, Finance, Tax, local offices, and vendors to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Manage project scope, budget, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing and deployment readiness for regional implementations.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain engagement and transparency.
  • Oversee the transition of services and warranty controls after project completion.
  • Support the delivery of RLC Tech and Tools to optimize finance operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within finance or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Familiarity with SAP and invoicing processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team engagement.
  • Ability to manage risks and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
