Overview
We are seeking an experienced Banking Project Manager with over 10 years of expertise to oversee multiple banking projects within Retail and Private Banking sectors. The role involves collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and project delivery. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for both office and remote work, and is suited for candidates already authorized to work in London.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple banking projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they are communicated effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to track status and address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with banking processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project reports to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the banking sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing at least five projects simultaneously.
- Strong background in Private and Retail Banking, with specific knowledge of Debit and Credit Card projects.
- Exposure to Islamic Banking and Islamic Banking Accounts is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working across business and IT units.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and delivery management skills.
