Overview
The Senior SAP Consultant will play a crucial role in a significant payroll transformation programme, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and ECP Payroll. In this hybrid role, the consultant will lead the planning, execution, and management of multiple payroll parallel runs, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and environment management during the user acceptance testing (UAT) and execution phases. This position is critical for the on-time delivery of the project, with an immediate start required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of four payroll parallel runs alongside the UAT programme.
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors and ECP environments throughout testing and parallel activities.
- Coordinate schedules, data, testing, issues, and outcomes across multiple teams for parallel runs.
- Facilitate the third parallel run that involves live data from a biometric clocking system.
- Engage with key business and technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP Payroll experience.
- Proven experience managing and delivering payroll parallel runs.
- Experience with SAP Workforce Management (WFM) or ADP is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated environment management and UAT experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with strong programme coordination capabilities.
