Overview
The Quantum TMS Specialist will play a critical role in supporting a leading Private Equity house by leveraging extensive experience in trading environments, particularly on the buy side. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, the specialist will manage multiple vendor relationships and oversee project planning and PMO reporting to ensure seamless operations. This position is a 12-month rolling contract that requires three days a week in the office, offering a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee planning and execution of multiple projects concurrently.
- Facilitate PMO reporting and ensure transparency with senior stakeholders.
- Utilize Quantum TMS expertise to streamline trading processes and systems.
- Provide support and guidance to project teams as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a trading environment, particularly within buy-side firms.
- Proven experience working with Quantum TMS software.
- Strong background in vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in PMO reporting and project management best practices.
- Prior experience in a Private Equity house is highly desirable.
