Overview
The Salesforce Vlocity Architect will lead the design and implementation of large-scale Salesforce and Vlocity CRM transformation projects, collaborating closely with clients to assess their needs and translate these into technical solutions. This role involves producing solution designs, providing technical leadership during the development lifecycle, and supporting pre-sales activities such as proposal creation. The Architect will also engage in workshops and knowledge sharing with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce/Vlocity CRM transformation programmes.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and conduct discovery workshops.
- Produce high-quality solution designs for scalable Salesforce implementations.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the build, integration, testing, and deployment lifecycle.
- Design and deliver integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design and proposal creation.
- Engage with stakeholders to present technical solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of software/CRM experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce/Vlocity architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering Salesforce CRM solutions across multiple clouds, including Sales and Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development, integration patterns, and API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Relevant Salesforce/Vlocity certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management, communication, and analytical thinking.
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading client-facing workshops.
