Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead a significant CRM transformation for a global organization. In this role, the contractor will collaborate with various business units to develop a cohesive Salesforce architecture that addresses distinct commercial processes and customer journeys, ultimately creating tailored solutions that support the unique needs of each division. The position involves engaging with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions while balancing shared architectural frameworks with unique operational demands.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for Salesforce solutions across multiple business units.
- Develop and implement scalable solutions tailored to distinct commercial processes.
- Map end-to-end customer lifecycles and associated business processes.
- Define workflows, integrations, approvals, and automation for system enhancements.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, preferably in complex transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, business process design, and systems integration.
- Demonstrated ability to design Salesforce solutions across varying business models.
- Consultative approach with skills to influence and shape effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
