Overview
The Salesforce Vlocity Architect will work on a 3-month contract basis with a global IT consultancy, focusing on supporting a Telecoms client with Salesforce integration programs. This hybrid role involves both remote and on-site collaboration, where the architect will design, develop, and implement Salesforce Vlocity solutions to meet client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Vlocity architecture for integration projects.
- Transform business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct requirements gathering and client workshops during project discovery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage end-to-end CRM solutions using various Salesforce clouds.
- Perform integrations between Salesforce and other systems via SOAP and REST APIs.
- Support proposals and estimations as part of pre-sales activities.
- Utilize expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, and Call Centre processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Vlocity Architect with CPQ and Order Management expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Experience in transforming business requirements into technical documentation.
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Preferred certifications in Salesforce Vlocity CPQ and Order Management.
- Experience with App Exchange products and Wave Cloud is advantageous.
- Ability to gather requirements and facilitate customer workshops effectively.
- Proficiency in Lead Management, Case Management, and Call Centre processes.
