Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Vlocity Architect for a 3-month contract role with a hybrid working arrangement. The successful candidate will collaborate with a global IT consultancy to support a Telecoms client in integrating Salesforce solutions. This position requires hands-on experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Vlocity architecture, including CPQ and Order Management functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Vlocity platform architecture for client projects.
- Develop end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Transform business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct requirements gathering, scope estimation, and proposals during project discovery phases.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Support pre-sales activities and conduct customer workshops.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce Vlocity platform architecture, especially in CPQ and Order Management.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Experience in translating business requirements into Vlocity functional and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with integration methods including SOAP and REST APIs.
- Salesforce Vlocity CPQ and Order Management certifications preferred.
- Experience using App Exchange products and Wave Cloud is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders efficiently.
