Overview
As an AI Consultant, you will collaborate directly with senior business stakeholders to identify AI adoption opportunities and implement innovative solutions that enhance organizational efficiency. This role focuses on engaging with clients to facilitate workshops, challenge conventional practices, and create tailored AI-driven strategies. Reporting to a consulting team, you will play a crucial role in transforming business challenges into actionable AI solutions, with the flexibility to manage your own projects and client relationships remotely initially, with travel to client sites as required.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with C-suite and senior business stakeholders to understand business challenges.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify AI opportunities.
- Challenge existing ways of working and recommend innovative AI-driven solutions.
- Configure AI platforms to meet business requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Manage your own projects, priorities and client relationships.
- Travel regularly to client sites across the UK.
- Collaborate with a passionate and innovative consulting team.
Requirements
- Strong background as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into configurable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with senior executives and confidently challenging ideas in a constructive manner.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and their transformative potential.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites across the UK.
