Overview
The SAP Access Management & Governance Lead will be responsible for defining, governing, and enhancing SAP access management strategies across a global landscape. Collaborating with various stakeholders, this role focuses on ensuring secure access governance, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management while leading initiatives aimed at modernizing SAP security capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own and govern the global SAP Access Management framework and operating model.
- Define and maintain SAP access governance policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
- Manage the Segregation of Duties (SoD) governance framework and access risks.
- Establish governance for the complete SAP role lifecycle, including design and review processes.
- Ensure the SAP environment remains audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business owners and technology teams on access governance matters.
- Lead initiatives to modernize SAP security and identity governance capabilities.
- Establish KPIs, KRIs, and governance reporting for SAP access management.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP Security, Access Management, and Governance.
- In-depth understanding of SAP authorization concepts and access controls.
- Hands-on experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access risk management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing SAP user access lifecycle and role governance.
- Strong knowledge of SAP security controls and compliance requirements.
- Experience working across complex global SAP environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control or equivalent access governance solutions is preferred.
