Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a key Billing Rationalisation and Transformation workstream within a large-scale global business transformation programme. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams, consultancy partners, and third-party delivery teams, while managing the client billing platform. This role, which requires international travel to India, is essential for ensuring effective implementation and alignment across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Billing Rationalisation workstream.
- Drive delivery of the client billing platform.
- Manage the third-party implementation partner and hold them accountable for agreed outcomes.
- Coordinate delivery across consultancy, global client teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Own the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
- Establish clear governance, reporting, and delivery controls.
- Manage scope, priorities, delivery expectations, and supplier commitments.
- Provide clear and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders and SteerCo.
Requirements
- Strong end-to-end project management experience.
- Experience delivering finance, billing, order-to-cash, quote-to-cash, or related business transformation.
- Strong third-party/vendor management experience.
- Excellent governance, RAID, and SteerCo reporting capability.
- Experience coordinating multiple delivery parties across consultancy, client, and supplier environments.
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create structure and momentum in complex environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally, including to India.
