Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead a key SuccessFactors program. This hybrid role focuses on leveraging strong Employee Central expertise to drive data migration, improve data quality, and enhance process efficiency. The architect will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions, challenge existing processes, and maximize the value of the SuccessFactors platform for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Support and lead Employee Central data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, transformation and reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve existing data migration and data quality challenges.
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing Employee Central processes and functionality.
- Challenge existing approaches and introduce creative and practical solutions where appropriate.
- Support data quality and governance across Employee Central.
- Provide guidance and best practice around Employee Central configuration and processes.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proven experience delivering or supporting SuccessFactors data migration.
- Strong understanding of employee master data, data structures and migration processes.
- Experience with data cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex data challenges.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
- Comfortable challenging existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
