Overview
The SAP Trainer for PP, MM, and QM will focus on delivering high-quality training in SAP S/4HANA with an emphasis on manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality processes. Working as part of the Akkodis consulting team, the contractor will utilize their strong classroom and Train-the-Trainer capabilities to develop and execute effective training programs. This role is contingent upon the successful outcome of a bid process, with an anticipated start date of April 2027.
Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP S/4HANA training focused on PP, MM, and QM modules.
- Develop training materials aligned with best practices in manufacturing and supply chain.
- Provide Train-the-Trainer support for internal teams.
- Engage with participants to assess training effectiveness and adapt content as necessary.
- Support bid-stage activities, including client presentations and discussions if required.
- Collaborate with consulting team members to ensure training delivery meets client expectations.
Requirements
- SAP-certified trainer with functional expertise in PP, MM, and QM modules.
- Demonstrated experience in classroom training and Train-the-Trainer methodologies.
- Experience with MRP, BOM/configuration, and MES/shop-floor processes.
- Familiarity with complex manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training strategies based on participant needs.
