Overview
The SAP Training Lead will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Production Planning. Working alongside a team of consultants, the contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer and trainer readiness while supporting the client's needs in a bid-stage project.
Responsibilities
- Lead professional classroom training for SAP S/4HANA PP, MM, and QM modules.
- Develop training materials and programs tailored to the client’s specifications.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to enhance trainer effectiveness and readiness.
- Support the final bid stage by potentially participating in client presentations.
- Maintain a high standard of training quality and participant assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive training delivery.
Requirements
- SAP-certified Senior Trainer with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing/Production Planning (PP).
- Demonstrable experience in Materials Management (MM) and/or Quality Management (QM).
- Strong background in professional classroom training and trainer quality assurance.
- Experience in complex manufacturing environments and MES/shop-floor integration.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and BOM/configuration practices is desirable.
