Overview
We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared User Researcher to join a consultancy supporting a significant digital program. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to conduct user-centred research for complex digital services, ensuring insights are actionable and impactful. You will work closely with UX, Product, Content, and Service Design teams and will be required to attend onsite meetings in Corsham twice a month.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
- Analyze and interpret research findings, translating them into actionable recommendations.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of research insights.
- Collaborate with UX, Product, Content, and Service Design teams to incorporate research findings into the development process.
- Document research methodologies and outcomes for team reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a User Researcher with a strong portfolio.
- Active SC Clearance is essential for this role.
- Experience in planning and executing user research across digital services.
- Ability to analyze findings and generate actionable insights for teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
