Overview
We are seeking a Performance Analyst to support a public sector organization in delivering data-driven insights and performance reporting to enhance service delivery and informed decision-making. The contractor will work remotely, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze performance data, develop dashboards, and monitor KPI progress over a contract duration of 3 to 6 months, with potential extensions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret performance data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and management reports.
- Monitor performance against targets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Produce regular reports for senior stakeholders.
- Support performance improvement initiatives through data analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with reporting standards.
Requirements
- Experience in a Performance Analyst, MI Analyst, or Data Analyst role.
- Strong Excel and Power BI reporting skills.
- Experience creating dashboards and performance reports.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Public sector experience is required.
