Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Allegro ETRM Developer to join a leading energy trading organization on a long-term contract. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting solutions on the Allegro ETRM platform, while collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders to meet complex energy trading requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver solutions across the Allegro ETRM platform.
- Own the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and support enterprise applications using C# and .NET.
- Follow strong software engineering practices around testing, version control, and secure development.
- Contribute to cloud and DevOps initiatives, including Azure and CI/CD automation.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with Allegro ETRM.
- Extensive C# and .NET development experience.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to Azure, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred experience in energy trading or commodities environments.
