Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Engineer with a strong background in Python to join a dynamic HealthTech start-up on a contract basis. In this role, you will engage directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs and lead the development of product features from concept to launch. You will work alongside the founding team in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your product ownership skills and technical expertise to drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Develop and implement product features using Python and React.
- Collaborate with the founding team to shape the product vision.
- Own the entire development process from idea to deployment.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance the development workflow.
- Ensure quality and performance of shipped products through testing and iteration.
- Drive product decisions and provide insights based on user feedback.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Python development.
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Proven track record of building and shipping successful product features.
- Strong communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
- Experience with front-end technologies, ideally React.
- Familiarity with AI tools in the development process.
