Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in fibre and systems integration projects to join a dynamic technology team. The successful candidate will lead multiple projects, focusing on the successful delivery of Broadband and Wholesale initiatives while managing significant network migrations. This hybrid role involves collaboration with technical and business teams, ensuring projects are executed smoothly from planning through implementation, with accountability for stakeholder communication and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end fibre and systems integration projects with an emphasis on Broadband and Wholesale delivery.
- Own project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate between internal teams, suppliers, and third-party partners.
- Support the delivery of Broadband Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) workstreams.
- Lead the migration of the fibre network onto a new software platform, focusing on planning and risk mitigation.
- Drive the delivery of Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) initiatives alongside the platform migration.
- Report on migration progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure successful outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience in fibre, telecoms, or technology environments.
- Experience delivering fibre network migrations onto new software platforms, including cutover planning.
- Track record in systems integration or transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Broadband and Wholesale sectors, particularly in CPE delivery.
- Experience with Fibre to the Premises (FTTP).
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- Ability to manage technical delivery teams and project budgets effectively.
- Proactive, hands-on approach suitable for fast-paced environments.
