Overview
The Senior Solutions Architect will take ownership of data architecture for a high-volume online marketplace, leading a significant technology transformation centered around Google Cloud Platform. This role involves immediate optimization of data models, defining direction for a nascent data strategy, and advising on structural changes within a fragmented data team, all while collaborating with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the data architecture for a large-scale online marketplace.

- Optimize data models and implement cost-management structures from day one.

Requirements
- Senior solutions architecture experience with large-scale data platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of GCP data tools, including BigQuery, DBT, and Data Stream.
- Proven ability to design, restructure, and optimize complex GCP data models with cost efficiency as a priority.
- Experience in building and scaling self-service reporting and analytics solutions.
- Capability to develop a data strategy from the ground up.
