Overview
The ServiceNow Technical Consultant will be engaged in a 3-month remote contract, focusing on designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions with an emphasis on Security Operations (SecOps) and integrations with third-party platforms. This hands-on role requires collaboration with stakeholders to quickly develop and implement effective solutions based on their requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers and IntegrationHub.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow SecOps modules, such as Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
- Write custom scripts, workflows and flows that adhere to ServiceNow best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong integration capabilities with external systems and tools.
- Proven project experience in ServiceNow SecOps.
- Solid scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules and Script Includes.
- Ability to work confidently and independently in a remote environment.
- Desirable certifications include ServiceNow CSA, CAD or CIS-SIR/VR.
- Experience with integrating security tools like SIEM or vulnerability scanners is a plus.
