Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical AI Consultant to engage in a long-term contract focused on AI integration within a software engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers to incorporate AI-powered tools into the development lifecycle, thereby enhancing productivity and modernizing practices. The position entails a minimum commitment of three days per week onsite with a strong possibility of contract extension beyond the initial term.
Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption and integration of AI within the software development team.
- Collaborate with developers to implement AI-powered tools and technologies.
- Enhance engineering workflows through AI integration and automation.
- Support the implementation of AI-assisted development tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven commercial experience in software development using C# and .NET.
- Experience leading the integration and implementation of AI technologies in a software environment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude or GitHub Agents.
- Strong background in improving engineering workflows with AI solutions.
