Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our hybrid team in supporting a major European M&A integration program. This role will involve close collaboration with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to facilitate the migration of multiple business entities and users across various countries, ensuring the infrastructure integration is effectively executed and communicated.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to gather business, user, and technical requirements.
- Document current and future state environments including infrastructure, cloud, EUC, applications, and identity.
- Support infrastructure migration planning, cutover activities, business readiness, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, server, security, and identity teams to define migration requirements and dependencies.
- Produce high-quality documentation such as requirements, process maps, migration plans, reports, and RAID logs.
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple European locations for clear communication throughout the program.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT infrastructure, cloud, or EUC transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements within complex infrastructure programs.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
- Desirable: Experience with M&A integrations, technology due diligence, and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
