Overview
The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating delivery activities across various stakeholders and suppliers within a high-profile organization. This role demands strong skills in technical delivery management, governance oversight, and effective communication, especially in complex multi-stakeholder environments. The successful candidate will facilitate stakeholder engagement, manage risks, and support decision-making processes, ensuring the delivery of projects aligns with established standards and governance protocols.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery activities across stakeholders, suppliers, and workstreams.
- Establish and maintain effective governance and reporting arrangements.
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions.
- Support planning, prioritization, and delivery oversight activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Provide delivery insight and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Support delivery through governance and assurance processes.
Requirements
- Experience in policing and knowledge of relevant protocols.
- Strong background in Technical Delivery and overseeing governance (Secure by Design).
- Proven delivery management skills, including planning, governance, and reporting.
- Experience with risk and dependency management in complex environments.
- Must hold SC Clearance and NPPV3 Clearance.
