Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee a significant ecommerce and digital transformation project. In this senior, hands-on role, you will guide the technical direction of the program, collaborating with developers and technical specialists, while engaging with business, digital, and product stakeholders. Your work will involve managing the technical architecture and integrations to ensure scalable and secure solutions that align with the overall technology strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of major ecommerce and digital transformation initiatives.
- Own the technical architecture, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Lead developers, engineers, and technical specialists across the program.
- Convert business and product requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions.
- Challenge and work with third-party technology suppliers.
- Act as the technical lead for senior product, digital, and business stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities across the program.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the wider technology strategy.
Requirements
- Strong technical delivery experience within ecommerce and digital environments.
- Experience leading major ecommerce, digital platform, or customer-facing technology transformations.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, APIs, integrations, and modern digital architectures.
- Experience with complex, high-volume transactional or customer-facing platforms.
- Proven architecture, solution design, and technical leadership experience.
