Overview
The Solution Lead will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, implementation, and optimization of Cross-Domain Solutions, ensuring secure communication between classified and segregated network environments. Working at the forefront of enterprise collaboration capabilities, the Solution Lead will integrate multi-vendor Unified Communications platforms while providing technical leadership to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. This position will require collaboration with infrastructure and security teams to maintain rigorous security and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS) and Multi-Level Security (MLS) gateways.
- Design and deliver secure cross-domain communication solutions.
- Integrate and standardize multi-vendor Unified Communications platforms including SIP and H.323.
- Develop resilient and fault-tolerant communication architectures for critical environments.
- Provide technical leadership to teams during design, deployment, and testing phases.
- Ensure communication solutions adhere to security and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to enhance enterprise collaboration capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and delivering Unified Communications solutions in secure environments.
- Strong expertise in Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS) and secure information exchange technologies.
- Hands-on experience with UC technologies including SIP, H.323, VTC, and messaging platforms.
- Experience integrating complex multi-vendor communication systems.
- Strong understanding of network architecture and secure communications principles.
- Experience leading technical teams in large-scale deployments.
- Knowledge of security accreditation and risk management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
