Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a significant transformation project focused on Contract Lifecycle Management. This role, initially contracted for six months, involves leading the discovery phase, gathering requirements, and shaping the RFP and vendor selection process in collaboration with key senior stakeholders. The position requires engagement with complex enterprise environments to map current processes and define future needs for a new CLM platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery phase of the Contract Lifecycle Management transformation.
- Gather and document requirements from various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior commercial, legal, and operational teams to map current contract processes.
- Define the future-state process and platform requirements.
- Support the RFP and vendor selection process.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.
- Conduct process mapping for end-to-end contract workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to refine project goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end contract processes including authoring, approvals, obligations, and renewals.
- Experience with CLM platforms such as Icertis, Ironclad, Sirion, Agiloft, Conga, or DocuSign.
- Demonstrated capability in discovery, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- Familiarity with RFPs, vendor selection, or software evaluation processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in complex enterprise settings.
- Experience working in large global organizations is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
