Overview
We are seeking a Quantum Specialist with a focus on Private Equity to join a top-tier firm for a 12-month rolling contract. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and manage vendor relationships while overseeing multiple projects. This role combines on-site presence in Central London three days a week with the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships within the Private Equity sector.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align project goals and objectives.
- Prepare PMO reports to track project progress and performance.
- Utilize Quantum TMS to support trading operations effectively.
- Provide expertise in quantitative analysis for decision-making processes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a trading environment, preferably with a buy-side firm.
- Proven experience with Quantum TMS software is essential.
- Strong background in vendor management within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and plan multiple projects effectively.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication at senior levels.
- Familiarity with PMO reporting standards and practices.
