Overview
The Interim Front-End Tech Lead will spearhead the development of a new front-end for a data platform within a growing SaaS company. Responsibilities
- Write code daily while overseeing a small development team.
- Define team workflows and development processes from day one.
- Integrate AI tools effectively into the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure the safety and efficacy of AI implementations within team projects.
- Collaborate with back-end teams to ensure alignment with API contracts.
- Manage team performance and mentor junior engineers.
- Deliver a high-quality front-end product built from scratch.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience with a focus on front-end development.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript, with recent practical application.
- Experience leading and managing software development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship a SaaS product front end from inception.
- Comfortable working with API contracts in collaboration with back-end teams.
- Familiarity with integrating AI tools in software development practices.
- Eligibility for UK SC clearance.
