Overview
We are looking for a contract Technical Product Manager to join a dynamic growth data team undergoing significant transformation. This role will involve collaboration with both senior leadership and data scientists, focusing on prioritization and delivery for various data-driven activation cases. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the processes and standards for data product delivery within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap for the data science or analytics team.
- Facilitate the intake and production delivery processes for data products.
- Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities.
- Drive the development and deployment of data products from proof of concept to operational use.
- Foster partnerships across marketing, commercial, and finance teams.
- Guide the team in customer segmentation, activation, demand forecasting, and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in product management within a data science or analytics context.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks, including Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, Python, SQL, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of growth-related data activities such as customer segmentation and demand forecasting.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Experience in an environment undergoing transformation, with adaptable processes and evolving standards.
