Overview
We are seeking two experienced Programme Test Managers to support a major transformation programme within a financial services context. The roles involve ownership of testing strategies and coordination of testing activities to ensure successful implementation of changes to the company's data platform and remuneration structure. One position focuses on the Partner Remuneration transformation, while the other oversees multiple projects and governance across the programme.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for the transformation programme.
- Coordinate and manage testing activities to ensure effective delivery and successful go-live.
- Provide oversight of testing governance and risk management across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with other Test Managers to align testing efforts with programme objectives.
- Utilize Jira or similar tools to manage testing processes and documentation.
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment and support for testing initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in non-functional and performance testing.
- Proven leadership experience within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement test strategies effectively.
- Strong understanding of testing governance, risk, and assurance frameworks.
- Experience working in complex technology and data environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient with testing management tools such as Jira.
- Capable of stakeholder management at programme and senior management levels.
