Overview
As a User Researcher, you will work remotely for a duration of 3-6 months, with potential extensions. This role focuses on conducting user research specifically for public sector projects, leveraging your expertise in Government Digital Service (GDS) methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centric design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
- Design and implement research methodologies tailored for public sector projects.

- Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to ensure alignment on user-centered design solutions.
- Facilitate user testing sessions and workshops.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a User Researcher in the public sector.
- Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and practices.
