Overview
The AI Enablement Lead will be responsible for driving practical AI adoption and capability building within a UK software product organization in the HealthTech sector. Collaborating with engineering, product, and operational teams, the lead will identify high-value AI opportunities and help integrate AI-enabled practices throughout the product development lifecycle. This role aims to enhance productivity and ensure the safe, repeatable use of AI tools across teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI tools and AI-centric workflows across product teams.
- Embed with teams to build capability and facilitate effective AI usage in daily operations.
- Support the delivery of AI-assisted software, utilizing tools like copilots and agents.
- Help develop AI context within products and improve practices throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create playbooks and governance structures to support safe AI adoption.
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in efficiency and employee confidence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI adoption or digital transformation.
- Hands-on knowledge of modern AI platforms, copilots, and large language models.
- Experience with the Anthropic and/or Microsoft 365 AI ecosystem.
- Ability to engage effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in software engineering, product management, or technology leadership.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, simplifying complex concepts.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.
- Ability to measure AI adoption and productivity improvements.
