Overview
The AI Solutions Engineer will work within a dedicated innovation team at a leading Private Equity firm, focusing on designing, building, and supporting internal AI applications to enhance operational efficiency. This hands-on role will encompass collaborating with various internal teams to identify AI opportunities and develop secure, practical solutions that streamline data and document handling across multiple practice areas. The engineer will also ensure responsible AI adoption by providing training and documentation to facilitate effective usage.
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-ready AI applications to enhance internal team efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and prioritize projects.
- Develop a shared internal AI platform with secure access and data connections.
- Create AI workflows that integrate multiple tools and data sources.
- Deliver AI applications for tasks such as document analysis and contract review.
- Implement strong security and privacy measures for sensitive data.
- Provide training and create documentation to support responsible AI usage.
- Ensure clear communication of technical options to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.
- Proficiency in building applications using large language models and multi-agent workflows.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with AI model APIs, such as Anthropic or OpenAI.
- Familiarity with AI workflow tools like Semantic Kernel or AutoGen.
- Strong Azure experience, including App Services and AI Services.
- Basic knowledge of React and TypeScript for UI development.
- Understanding of data privacy and responsible AI practices.
