Overview
The AI Enablement Lead will spearhead the practical adoption of artificial intelligence within a UK HealthTech software organization. Collaborating closely with various teams, the contractor will focus on identifying valuable AI opportunities, enhancing productivity, and establishing safe and effective AI workflows throughout the product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of approved AI tools and AI-centric processes across product teams.
- Embed within teams to build practical AI capabilities for daily use.
- Support AI-assisted software delivery, incorporating copilots, agents, and large language models.
- Develop product-specific AI contexts and enhance practices through the product lifecycle.
- Create standards, playbooks, and governance for safe AI adoption.
- Measure and demonstrate improvements in productivity and employee confidence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI platforms, including copilots and large language models.
- Experience with the Anthropic and/or Microsoft 365 AI ecosystem is preferred.
- Background in software engineering, product management, or technology leadership.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Pragmatic and commercially minded, focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated capability in measuring AI adoption and productivity improvements.
