Overview
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer for a 3-month fully remote contract focused on developing a production-grade Generative AI solution within a regulated financial services environment. The role involves working with large language models (LLMs) and document processing technologies, collaborating with various stakeholders to transition innovative AI solutions from proof-of-concept to operational deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade Generative AI solutions leveraging LLM pipelines and document processing technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance within a regulated financial environment.
- Implement RAG architecture to handle complex, document-heavy applications.
- Utilize AWS technologies including Amazon Bedrock and Agentcore effectively.
- Design and develop multi-agent or tool-use architectures for improved AI functionality.
- Evaluate GenAI outputs, focusing on hallucination detection and confidence-scoring techniques.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI methodologies and technologies.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in delivering production-level Generative AI/LLM solutions.
- Proven knowledge of RAG architecture for complex applications.
- Expertise in AWS tools such as Amazon Bedrock, AWS Agentcore, and Amazon OpenSearch.
- Solid programming skills in Python.
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Familiarity with document processing tools like Amazon Textract or PyPDF.
- Understanding of GenAI evaluation techniques and validation processes.
- Previous experience in financial services or regulated industry environments.
