Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft AI Engineer to join a dynamic technology team, focused on developing and implementing AI solutions across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify business challenges that can be addressed with AI, and take an active part in engineering practical solutions using Microsoft technologies. This hybrid position requires hands-on expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in Azure services.
Responsibilities
- Build AI applications, copilots, agents, and automated workflows.
- Develop solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services, and Copilot Studio.
- Create RAG and enterprise search solutions utilizing internal business data.
- Integrate AI solutions into platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
- Work with APIs, connectors, and Azure services to build integrations.
- Enhance prompts, agent workflows, and AI tooling.
- Guide solutions through development, testing, and production phases.
- Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and properly governed.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Knowledge of AI Search and RAG applications.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and APIs for system integrations.
- Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and cloud security best practices.
- Ability to monitor live AI services and enhance performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
