Overview
The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing and delivering production-grade Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions as part of a product squad. This role requires collaboration with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of AI technologies, relying on expertise in Python and Azure AI services while complying with security clearances.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver GenAI and Agentic AI solutions within a product squad.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement reliable AI applications.
- Build APIs and backend services to support AI functionalities.
- Conduct automated testing to ensure the quality and reliability of AI products.
- Utilize Azure AI tools including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search in solution development.
- Implement prompt engineering and manage large language model (LLM) workflows.
- Evaluate and mitigate AI-related issues such as hallucinations and ensure adherence to guardrails.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python software engineering.
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI applications.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, embeddings, vector search, and hallucination mitigation.
- Experience in building APIs and backend services for AI applications.
- Proficiency in automated testing and creating reliable AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
- Active SC clearance required.
