Overview
The AI Engineer - LLM & Agentic Systems will design and build advanced AI agents and workflows, leveraging large language models (LLMs) to address complex business challenges. Working in a hybrid environment, this role involves end-to-end delivery from exploration to production deployment and iteration, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure system reliability and maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs and related technologies.
- Own the delivery process from initial exploration to production deployment and ongoing iteration.
- Integrate AI functionalities into products, APIs, and core business workflows with a focus on usability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance observability and maintainability of systems.
Requirements
- Proven production-grade experience building and deploying LLM-powered systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI agents including orchestration and multi-step reasoning in real applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python and a solid foundation in machine learning principles.
- Experience in cloud deployments using AWS, GCP, or Azure with modern engineering practices.
