Overview
The AI Operating Model / TOM Consultant will work alongside a digital and business transformation consultancy to implement a new operating model and organizational design for an enterprise-scale AI function. Collaborating with various stakeholders, the consultant will translate the target design into effective governance structures and practical ways of working while driving change activities to ensure smooth adoption.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the new operating model and organizational design.
- Define and embed governance, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working.
- Drive change activities and stakeholder engagement to support adoption.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an independent consultant.
- Experience in operating model design and/or implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, transformation, or organizational change.
- Ideally, experience working with AI, product, or technology teams.
