Overview
This contract position for an Android Developer involves working with a UK government app within a mobile platform team. The developer will focus on building and enhancing core functionalities of the Android application using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, collaborating closely with QA and backend engineers to ensure a seamless integration of features. The role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site meetings expected in London.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve common components of the Android app using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Integrate features developed by other teams into the app.
- Conduct code reviews for personal contributions and peers.
- Monitor and address issues in Crashlytics after app releases.
- Collaborate with QA and backend engineers on technical integration.
Requirements
