Overview

- Implement robust evaluation frameworks and production monitoring strategies.
- Continuously optimize AI workflows for quality, performance, and cost.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering AI-powered products into production.
- Expertise in building and deploying LLM-powered applications at scale.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and AI quality measurement.
- Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and context engineering.
- Experience in diagnosing AI model retrieval and generation failures.
- Strong skills in production monitoring and cost management.
- Understanding of secure AI system design and governance controls.
- Prior work in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments is advantageous.
