Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a robust retail background to join a dynamic retail organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with both business and technology teams to implement business changes, improve processes, and enhance operational efficiency within a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder engagement, and hands-on involvement in business process mapping and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and define business needs through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate workshops to elicit and document requirements.
- Map current and future state processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Produce business requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support Agile practices including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and process mapping software effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a retail or e-commerce setting.
- Strong end-to-end Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in producing business requirements documentation and user stories.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery processes.
- Experience with ERP systems or transformation projects is desirable.
- Proficiency in using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to take a hands-on approach and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
