Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a Wealth Management business undergoing significant transformation. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to shape business processes and operating models, ensuring alignment with future state objectives. The position is hybrid, offering both on-site and remote work options, and involves collaboration with various functions while driving change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements across multiple functions.
- Map current and future state processes.
- Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOMs).
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Support business readiness and change activities throughout the programme lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management.
- Strong business process mapping and optimisation experience.
- Experience supporting the design and delivery of Target Operating Models.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging existing ways of working.
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills.
