Overview
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in Private Equity and Private Markets to support a significant transformation programme. The role will involve collaboration with various teams, enabling effective communication between business, operations, technology, and investment stakeholders. The primary focus will be to lead business change, define requirements, and deliver strategic initiatives across different functions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct process analysis to identify improvement opportunities within private equity operations.
- Engage and manage stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
- Bridge communication between business, operations, technology, and investment teams.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze the private markets lifecycle including fundraising and portfolio management.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive business change.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Private Equity or Private Markets.
- Strong understanding of the private markets lifecycle, including deal execution and investor reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with process analysis and change management.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
